INGREDIENTS:
- PANEER- 200GMS
- AMERICAN SWEET CORN- 100GMS
- CAPSICUM - 1 LARGE,DICED
- ONIONS- 2 LARGE,DICED
- GARLIC- 2TSP,FINELY CHOPPED
- TOMATO PUREE- 1/2 CUP
- MILK- 1/2 CUP
- SALT- TO TASTE
- SUGAR - 1TSP(OPTIONAL)
- RED CHILLI POWDER - 1/2TSP
- GARAM MASALA POWDER- 1/2 TSP
- FRESH CREAM - TO GARNISH (OPTIONAL)
- CUT THE PANEER INTO SMALL CUBES AND SET ASIDE.
- HEAT OIL,ADD FINELY CHOPPED GARLIC AND SAUTE ON MEDIUM HEAT. ADD DICED ONIONS AND FRY TILL THEY TURN PINK.
- ADD TOMATO PUREE AND COOK TILL THE MOISTURE EVAPORATES AND THE OIL SEPARATES.
- ADD RED CHILLI POWDER AND GARAM MASALA POWDER AND MIX.
- ADD THE PANEER CUBES AND MIX GENTLY.ADD SALT AND SUGAR AS PER TASTE.
- FINALLY ADD THE DICED CAPSICUM AND MILK.
- COVER THE PAN WITH A LID AND LET IT COOK FOR ABOUT 5MINS ON SLOW FLAME.
- GARNISH WITH FRESH CREAM. (OPTIONAL)
